Conference platform: The online event will be run on the Zoom Events platform. You must log in with your personal Zoom account to access the event, so please provide us with the email address linked to your Zoom account. If you don’t already have one, please create a free zoom account via zoom.us and download the application to your personal account.

Recording: You can access the conference both live and on-demand. The recordings to every session will be uploaded to our Zoom Events platform, accessible by the same link you use to join the conference, and remain available for up to two months. If you cannot make it on the day, please make sure you have visited the Zoom Events conference 'Lobby' anytime before the conference to register your participation.

Delegate booking terms and conditions:  If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can nominate a substitute delegate providing they complete a booking form a minimum of 48 hours prior to the conference. All refunds subject to a deduction of £75 administration fee. If a booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the conference then no refund will be given.
